We have four offices located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra and our team consists of Building Regulations Consultants and Accredited Certifiers & Surveyors who are responsible for compliance during design and construction.


About You:

You are self-motivated and professional in your work ethic. You have a proactive attitude, and attention to detail when it comes to not just the office presentation but also any task that you are working on. Most importantly, you are focused and dedicated to the success of any given task. You will be responsible for a diverse range of administration duties and you will truly add value to this great organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Building Consultancy firm who value their staff and encourage a friendly working environment.


The main duties & responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Assist the Building Certification Team and staff as required
  • Use and manage in house software
  • Meet, greet and liaising with clients and customers
  • Prepare fee proposals and expressions of interests & tenders on all types of projects
  • Prepare statutory paperwork for building approvals
  • Follow up client calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner
  • Other administrative duties as directed


The successful candidate must possess the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Enjoy solving problems
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a clear phone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Professional presentation and appearance
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
