Bramble & Hedge are expanding and looking for Pastry Chefs with a passion for producing our stunning confectionery to join our team.
The role will be include but is not limited to assisting Creative Director, food preparation, operation of equipment, packing delicate confectionery, stock rotation, working within a team to meet deadlines and maintaining a clean workspace and immaculate kitchen!
We are about our people, growth, brand and offer a great work environment. The ideal candidate will develop into a manner role quickly. We will provide you with full training and experience in a unique industry working under a specialised chef.
Operating hours currently Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm. (Subject to demand).
The successful candidate must be available to work 30-38 hours per week minimum and hold a current drivers licence, with private transport.

Applicants must possess the following attributes:
Experience as a Pastry Chef
High attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
Work well under pressure & instruction
Have excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills
Understand kitchen health & safety requirements
Punctual, reliable & hardworking
Flexible to grow with the company
Current First Aid certificate highly desirable
