Full Time Fish Filleter - 38 hours per week
Commercial Filleting experience would be preferred however training could be offered to the correct candidate. Good knife skills would be beneficial.
This position requires strength, energy and attention to detail and is suitable for those who are fit, energetic and quick.
Duties include filleting of up 400kg of various fish per day. We also gill, gut and scale many whole fish for sale. There is also some Seafood Processing required at times (Oyster shucking, Prawn Peeling, Salmon Pinboning)
We are a small, family owned seafood business in Townsville that has been established for over 30 years.
We are looking for a reliable and hard working individual to join our team of 18 employees. Weekend work and Christmas and Easter work are essential to the position.
