OPERATIONS MANAGER

MANUFACTING INDUSTRY

Accent Benchtops is a busy manufacturing business based in Tweed Heads South.  We are a leader in our field on the East Coast of Australia.  Our expanding company is seeking applications for an experienced  and focused Operations Manager.

ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong experience managing and leading production teams in a fast- moving environment
• Excellent attention to detail, high level organisation and multi -tasking skills.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and team engagement skills across all areas of the manufacturing process.
• Strong operations / Production Planning background is essential.
• High level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Must have computer skills.
• Experience in the stonemasonry industry is an advantage.

RENUMERATION:

• Must be flexible and able to work in with the team.
• Salary based job. Five days a week.
