We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic and hands on Customer Service extraordinaire. In this role you will be required to lead our Customer Service team as well as perform Customer Service and Sales Support activities by building strong relationships with customers, sales staff and the operational delivery teams.
Success in this role will be measured:
Motivating and inspiring Customer Service Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achievement of Contact Centre goals and objectives
Building capability within the team. Addressing competency gaps by coordinating meaningful training to up-skill staff to meet competency requirements.
The ability to view the bigger picture, and think outside the square
Strong analysis skills for measurement & reporting
Team performance review and improvement plans
Recommend changes for continuous improvement across customer experience
With a minimum of 5+ years of experience gathered in a similar role, you understand what the customer wants, are able to create and execute meaningful solutions. Your people leadership skills mean that you are a highly respected, trusted individual with integrity and a proven track record of achieving outcomes for your team, the customer and the business.
