Medical Reception / Administration

Well established Orthopaedic clinic  in Kogarah is looking for dynamic receptionist to join our growing team.  

Experienced medical secretary/ receptionist needed  for busy orthopaedic clinic

Full-time position -40 hours per week

Must have worked in a medical practice for at least 3 years

Must have knowledge of Medical Billing

Must be able to work independently

Will be required to fill in for Practice Manger at time

         We are Looking for a dynamic individual with:

  • Excellent customer service & communication skills 
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self -motivated 
  • Team Player
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Blue Chip (Medical Director) + Genie would be beneficial 
  • Flexibility in start and finish times
  • Ability to build a rapport and empathise with patients
