We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic part-time Payroll Co-Ordinator to join our team as soon as possible to co-ordinate all our Payroll administration, compliance and reporting in line with our Purpose, Values, company strategy and sales budget.
This career progressive role reports directly to the Financial Controller and is based at the companys national Head Office in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate examples of excellence in the following areas:
Collect and maintain accurate processing, tracking and entering of all payroll data within agreed timelines.
Preparing and entering approved annual leave requests.
Investigate and promptly resolve all payroll inquiries.
Compiling payroll reports and investigate any ad-hoc queries as requested.
Effective teamwork, communication and positive working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
On-boarding and off-boarding new employees and contractors.
Undertake redundancy and termination calculations.
Accurately maintain ongoing payroll records and co-ordinate 100% compliance of superannuation, PAYG and payroll tax requirements.
Provide ongoing constructive feedback for continuous improvement on payroll process with the Financial Controller.
Complete all tasks within prescribed business processes and with direction from the Financial Controller.
Must have proven and successful track record and experience in payroll services and be available to work two days per week.
