Our expertise is in providing recruitment services to the Technology, Digital and Insurance & Superannuation industries.
A new position has become available in our Insurance & Superannuation industry for an experienced Business Development / Account Manager to join the team and leverage off our extensive network in this area in the Melbourne market.

To be considered for this role you must have a strong commitment to your career and the desire to work hard and reap the rewards. This role will work closely with other established Account Mangers across the business who have years of combined experience within the recruitment industry.
You will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients and providing end-to-end recruitment solutions
  • Speaking with candidates in order to match them to vacancies 
  • Business development and marketing to win new clients
  •  Proactively sourcing candidates by a variety of means including advertising, database mining, networking and head-hunting
  • Phone screening of passive and active candidates
  • Face to face interviews with candidates
  •  Developing lists to incorporate talented candidates in specific technologies or industries
  • Building your personal networks and using them to develop expert knowledge of the market you work in
  • Attending industry meet ups to learn and meet candidates in the market
