Your role

You will wear many hats on this role as office manager and proactively help wherever you may be needed in the team. You will sweat the small stuff as the devil is in the detail, from the day to day tasks to large projects you take pride in it all! kitchens, procurement of office supplies keeping the common areas tidy to being the go-to person for the international offices. This is a role for a quick-thinking, forward planning Office Manager who thrives in a team-focused environment within an inspirational business.

Daily activities

  • Anticipating the needs of the office
  • Planning moves/budgets/events
  • Setting up new starters
  • Communicating with customers/vendors and suppliers
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes

Your skills & expertise

  • Minimum of two years experience with administrative work
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office & tech savvy
  • Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
