Due to sustained growth, we have new positions available, including the role of Accounts/Admin Officer.
About the position
The Accounts & Administration Officer is responsible for administration and accounts duties whilst providing high quality service for Just the Man.
Maintain MYOB accounting system including all data entry & invoicing.
Manage all creditor and debitors.
Completing and reconciling aged receivables and aged payables
Transfer all information from Tradify maintenance system into Just the Man record system.
Maintain all client files.
Perform Payroll, superannuation and taxation functions if required.
Welcome, direct and assist clients, suppliers and the public while providing a superior level of customer service.
General administration and accounts duties as assigned or directed including collecting items from suppliers, collecting mail etc.
Min 3 years previous experience in accounts payable/recievable role.
Accurate Data entry and file maintenance.
Experience with bookkeeping software, preferably MYOB.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Strong computer skills are essential as a minimum with Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets
Experience in using CRMs and maintenance systems such as Goldmine & Tradify.
Previous experience in property maintenance or the construction industry preferred.
Friendly and professional communication skills both written and verbal
Problem solver with proven attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
Project management skills
Must have current manual Drivers License.
