Based in Mackay, this is an exciting permanent position, working Monday to Friday with an immediate start. In this role, as Contracts Administrator, you will be able to plan, organise and carry out activities in a manner which will best contribute to the efficient operation of our Sales and Contract function within a growing and diverse company. The minimum requirements for the busy and, at times, challenging position, would be:
Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator; preferably also with a Business degree
Ability to review, administer and finalise contracts; including interpretation and negotiation of commercial terms in line with company risk profile
Experience in managing and tracking project delivery
Capacity to realise and ensure contract obligations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation
Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically excel, word and access
Well-developed organisation skills with proven ability to work to deadlines and multi-task
Confident and professional interpersonal skills
Utmost highest standards of confidentiality and loyalty
The successful applicant would be responsible for his/her own set of tasks, including:
Administer the company's tendering function in accordance with Company systems and processes
Maintain the Department's interface between internal and external clients
Administer all aspects of sales contracts offering varied durations, ensuring Company compliance
Ensuring compilation and timely submission of tenders
Prepare and distribute all required documentation, also ensuring correct recording of all submitted tenders
Liaise with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
