Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the leadership and management of the finishing areas of our multi-function operations.
This is a hands-on, diverse role which will require you to be highly organised and be responsible for the end-to-end management and organisation of our finishing and warehouse departments.
Its essential that you have demonstrated leadership skills and experience with multi-function teams in a high pace environment. Your passion to succeed through your teams will continue to drive improvement to production efficiencies.
Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing finishing outcomes
Identify strategies to drive continuous improvement in finishing processes and practices
Develop and monitor risk management frameworks, internal controls, governance practices and regulatory compliance
Ensure performance measures are robust, aligned and driving the business objectives
Ensure business complies with OH&S requirements
Manage and monitor work flow and special project timelines
Develop/Maintain and improve internal processes and policies
Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities
Manage costs against business KPIs, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume.
Ability to work under pressure while motivating others and meet tight deadlines

Automotive- Minimum of 3 years management experience
High level of self-awareness
Proven experience in production management
Strong HR and IR knowledge
Strong focus and understanding of manufacturing systems and processes
Strategy, planning & execution skills/experience
Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
A salary commensurate to the role will be negotiated taking into consideration your qualifications and experience.
