With a loyal base of Trade and Architectural customers in the building industry, as well as a retail customer base, which makes up the core of the business. A great opportunity exists for a sales focused Retail Store Manager in our Blackburn showroom.

The Role

As the showroom manager, you will be a sales focused team leader with the ability to build trust, mentor and develop the team around you.

The successful applicant will be required to wear a number of hats, and be responsible for store management, achieving sales targets, exceptional customer service levels and all aspects of running the store.
Through a healthy mix of delegation and leading by example, your responsibilities include:

Achieving quarterly budgeted sales through effective team leadership
Meeting targeted KPI's
Conducting sales meetings with all team members reviewing sales figures vs sales targets
Maintain the highest service levels. Ensure customer in store arrivals, phone or email enquiry standards are met with the highest levels of professionalism and engagement
Coach, monitor, guide and motivate an already strong existing sales team
Managing rosters
Complete and oversee administration tasks
Cash handling, use of cash register & daily reconciliation
Store presentation, visual merchandising

As the successful applicant you must possess:
Minimum 5 years' experience within a retail management position or similar role
Experience in the Bathroom retail industry is essential
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales target & budgets
Able to work independently & as part of a team
The ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional time management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both
  staff and clients
Creative flair with an eye for detail
Professional approach and exceptional hands on leadership skills
