Your new role

As the Receptionist of the People and Communications Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an efficient and responsive reception function, including greeting visitors and handling telephone inquiries, as required
  • Managing bookings, appointments and handling fees
  • Providing a range of administrative duties to support Merri staff
  • Assisting in efficient handling of mail (including electronic) to and from sites

What youll need to succeed

  • Capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relevant experience in reception and/or a client service role
  • High level of customer service skills including capacity to deal with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and privacy protocols
