HR Generalist opportunity, Fast paced Boutique Hotel Group, Amazing Harbourside location.
View Hotels Group is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our three Hotels in Brisbane, Melbourne & Sydney on a full time basis reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager.
Based in our Hotel in North Sydney you will be working closely with the Group Human Resources Manager and Department Heads to drive capability to deliver and foster an amazing culture of service excellence for our guests.
Key Role Requirements:
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activity across the group.
Generating employment contracts.
Providing support for HR Projects & initiatives.
Assisting heads of department with the coordination of employee reward, recognition and benefits program.
Providing support to our payroll and finance team.
General HR advice & administration.
Who are you
You have previous experience in a HR Generalist role (tertiary qualifications preferred).
You have great interpersonal skills.
You have an outgoing personality & strong attention to detail.
You have exceptional organisation and time management skills.
You have the ability to be adaptable and build strong working relationships.
Preferably you will have a Hotel or Hospitality industry background and previous experience working in the HR function of a dynamic and fast paced environment.
