5 Days per Week 9am-5pm

Opportunity to work for a highly regarded transport company. Reporting directly to the Office Manager you will be responsible for a number of tasks.



Job tasks and responsibilities


  • Answering the phone and attending to client queries
  • Taking messages and passing onto the relevant team member
  • Create bookings
  • Re-schedule booking for Clients on our system
  • Occasionally assisting with other client work



Skills and experience


To be successful in acquiring this role you need 2-3 years experience working in a Office generalist capacity. The role will be relatively autonomous as the Office Director is located out of office.  This role would provide the opportunity to learn new skills and work in a friendly environment.
