WARRANTY CLERK/ADMIN

 

 

The person we are seeking must be reliable, self motivated with a good eye for detail.

 

Key duties will involve :

* The process and maintenance of warranty claims

* Warranty accounts reconciliation

* Successful liasions with manufacturers

* Carry out internal warranty audits

* Co-ordination of manufacturer warranty parts returns.

 

A thorough understanding of the warranty procedure within the automotive industry would be an advantage, along with excellent computer skills, time management and communication skills.
