We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our amazing team. This is a part time role of 3 days with the opportunity to grow quickly into a full time role for the right person.
We are a boutique bookkeeping business offering superior bookkeeping services to our clients throughout Brisbane. We care about our clients & love going the extra mile to help them. You will be located at our client's office or home based or a combination of both. You need to be able to think of your feet, problem solve, review past work & be willing to get your hands dirty to help our clients with all their bookkeeping and administrative needs.
You will have the support of a CPA for any technical queries and support. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced, fun loving and caring team
Please ONLY apply if you can say YES to ALL of the following requirements:
Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
Recent industry experience in the Not for Profit sector, including salary sacrifice and funding acquittals
5 years experience in bookkeeping - all facets including data entry, payroll & GST
Expert in MYOB & Xero
Advanced level of the Microsoft Office Suite
Budgeting preparation and monthly comparative analysis
End of month board reporting
Solid understanding of accrual accounting
Enjoy working both in a team & autonomously
Happy to work in-house at clients offices & remotely
