The opportunity...

The Customer Service Officer responds to customer requests and enquiries and offers advice on the CoAct service. Through such activities as completing inbound calls, webchats, email communications and engaging with potential new customers.

What you'll be doing...

  • Ensuring a positive first impression, you will be the first point of contact for potential new customers who are interested in joining CoAct's Disability Employment Service 
  • Receiving inbound calls from current and potential customers and converting enquiries into opportunities for our Service Partners
  • Every call is different, but in every call, you are explaining and selling the CoAct service
  • Determining customer eligibility by comparing customer information to requirements
  • You will be working to KPIs so will you need to be able to build instant rapport and find immediate solutions
  • You will manage communications effectively to ensure the customers, including those with a disability, understand and are informed correctly of the services available

  • You're resilient, empathetic and great at quickly building rapport
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance in a Call Centre environment
  • You're very comfortable with set KPIs and have a history of achieving them
  • Proven administration and data entry skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work after hours or weekend hours if required
