Key Role Responsibilities
As part of the organisations client delivery management team you will work collaboratively with other senior technical resources and project team members
Project manage building asset condition and compliance assessment program performance outcomes and associated team resources
Deliver client presentations and lead project stakeholder meetings
Ensure client value is created through the preparation and peer review of technical reports, and transfer of asset management insight and knowledge
Mentor, manage and develop a small team of technical resources
Help develop organisational capability and capacity regarding best practice asset management
We are seeking someone with:
A desire to reach your full potential, is ready for a change, and who wants to make a difference
Several years experience, preferably including both as a service provider and client side with previous responsibility for setting and managing building works/maintenance budgets
Tertiary qualified in a built environment and/or asset management related field
Previous experience managing a team of technical and administrative resources
Demonstrated experience in preparing asset management plans, written reports and a working knowledge of industry standards such as the BCA, ISO55000, IPWEA
Experience and ability to facilitate client workshops and meetings, and represent the company as the technical asset management advisor in such settings
