About the business

Noosa Auto Group, part of the Pickering's Auto Group, is a family owned and operated multi-franchise dealership which currently represents both the Mazda and Hyundai brands. 

Located in beautiful Noosa on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. We service and repair all makes and models and currently service over 35 vehicles per day. With a near new, well equipped workshop including 8 bays and a great balance of technicians and apprentices, there is opportunity to expand on the number of daily customer visits even further.

About the role

The position reports directly to the Dealer Principal and has 17 people employed in the department. We have grown significantly over the past few years and are forecasting further growth in the future. Our business has above industry standard customer satisfaction ratings as well as an exceptionally strong retention rating across both brands. Additionally, we operate our own extended mechanical protection program through both our new and used car divisions which continues to fuel further growth through our workshop.

• proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
• excellent negotiation skills.
• a clean manual driving license.
