Service Advisor / Receptionist

Preston Nissan currently has a position available for a Service Advisor to join our busy team.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers. Experience working in a Nissan service department is preferred but not essential.

To succeed in this role you will be expected to:

  • Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries.
  • Quote on service and repairs
  • Process repair orders, invoices and warranty invoices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved 

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Self motivated
  • Well organised
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills

A current drivers licence is required and experience with the Pentana Solutions DMS will be highly regarded
