Were looking for a professional, flexible, Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy with the objective of supporting business growth but to also build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels.
This is a busy, diverse and very hands-on role so strong project management skills and initiative will be your keys to success. You will be responsible for implementing all operational and strategic marketing, engagement and communication activities. The role will require you to perform traditional local-area marketing as well as wholesale B2B.
Our Successful Candidate should display the following:
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Proven ability to create, implement and building brand awareness and positioning
Experience in Re-branding and brand transition
Ability to understand and adapt to B2B and B2C marketing
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
demonstrated ability to establish relationships with Internal and external stakeholders to leverage marketing, communications, events and other business development initiatives.
Understanding of public relations.
Advanced communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to change
A bachelor's degree in marketing is a must as well as 7+years in a Marketing Manager / Exec position.
This role will be required to travel intra and interstate.
