About the Job
In this high-contact customer service role, you will provide administrative support across a broad range of activities related to the admission of international students, including responding to queries, receiving acceptances, and processing Confirmation of Enrolments. You will provide advice on the program entry requirements and applications procedures, as well as detail the numerous benefits and support services that make the UniSA experience a positive one for our international student community.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service related environment or an appropriate qualification (at certificate or diploma level) is essential, as is previous experience in the interpretation and application of policy and procedure.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to interact with students from a range of diverse cultures in a respectful and supportive manner, with the ability to resolve disputes and problems effectively. You will also be highly organised and demonstrate a keen ability to prioritise your workload and continually meet tight deadlines.
