Our rail maintenance team, based in Esperance, are looking for a railway maintainer to work as part of a close knit team delivering rail maintenance on Arc Infrastructures rail network.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a sustainable, successful and long term career in the rail industry. In the role of a track maintainer you will be working in a skilled and experienced team undertaking critical maintenance works on the freight rail infrastructure throughout Esperance and up to Kalgoorlie. The duties of the role include significant physical work and manual handling so you must be willing to get your hands dirty! The current roster is five days on and two days off and there may be a requirement to work away from home and some weekends.
The role is based in Esperance and we are looking for candidates that live in Esperance (or are willing to relocate). Whilst rail experience is desired, it is not critical and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to learn on the job and supported with the appropriate training, learning and development.
We are looking for candidates who have a keen interest in the rail Industry. Appointments will be subject to meeting medical and fitness standards, and all potential employees are required to complete a police clearance certificate, paid for by the company. Arc Infrastructure has a zero tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
