Accurate and timely coordination and administration of all accounts processes
Customer account maintenance, including any audits, reconciliations, resolving dispute or outstanding transactions
Processes including Review and prepare BAS and IAS, journal entries, reconcile trial balance for end of period reports
Preparation of financial reports for management
Preparation of year end files for auditors
Software set ups and conversion including significant experience with Reckon
Building and maintaining relationships with all internal and external customers in a professional manner;
Provide a high level of administrative support to Finance Team as directed
Any other duties as directed by your supervisor, that is within your capabilities.
Essential: At least three years demonstrated accounts experience A demonstrated understanding of accounts payable processes together with the ability to interact with customers and clients in a professional manner; Excellent time management skills Experience using Reckon based software and/or other similar accounting software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Demonstrated good communication skills as well as proven problem solving skills; Demonstrate high level administration skills; Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being part of a small team.
