Receptionist - Temporary

The Role:

  • To be the first point of contact at the front reception
  • Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls 
  • Greet and host guests and customers in a warm and friendly way 
  • Represent the company by providing a professional, well-groomed and welcoming presence 
  • Arrange couriers and do daily mail management
  • Make tea and coffee when necessary
  • Keep reception, meeting rooms and all common areas presentable to a high standard at all times
  • Run errands when required 

About You:

  • 3+ years experience as a receptionist in a demanding environment 
  • Highly engaging and personable
  • Intermediate IT skills for Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Reliable
