The Digital and Social Media Lead is responsible for supporting the delivery of Latrobes strategic communication and marketing program through developing, implementing and tracking digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The Digital and Social Media Lead will work closely with the marketing team to develop Latrobes digital presence and build Latrobes channels through member insights and tracking.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain Latrobes social media channels with a logic consistent with Latrobes Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and target membership segments.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights and use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end member experience across multiple channels and member touch points.
Develop innovative techniques to develop member service and business development staff awareness of digital trends and insights which drive improved member experience and growth.
Manage digital channel performance, take corrective action where required or escalate to the Head of Communication and Marketing.
Manage Latrobes website including updates, user experience and Google Analytics.
Follow latest digital trends and provide recommendations to the marketing team.
About you, your knowledge and experience
Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Minimum three years experience in a comparable digital marketing role.
Tertiary qualification in digital marketing or related field.
Excellent written and personal communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills and Adobe Creative Cloud (desirable).
