Melville Holden is currently seeking a experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team (will consider trainee). Reporting to the New Car Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding customers through Melville Holdens buying process providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to: Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
Build relationships with customers and potential customers
Understand and be responsive to customers needs
Must be motivated, driven and enthusiastic
Drive to meet KPIs and targets
Ability to perform in high pressure environments
A willingness to maintain superior product knowledge.
Ability to obtain Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
