We are seeking a strategic thinker, with the ability to work autonomously and with a degree of flexibility for changing priorities on this growing and exciting brand.  This position is perfect for a marketer who wants to be a true pioneer, with the confidence and ability to double the size of the brand over the next 3 years.

In this highly autonomous role, with solid financial and resource support, you will be tasked with driving the product portfolio's growth within the market. You will have full ownership in driving the short and long term strategy, having your finger on the pulse of current and future market trends, developing creative marketing campaigns activities to activate and utilising a strong distribution network to develop winning campaigns in the market.

The successful candidate will hold accountability for developing a highly capable Assistant Brand Manager who will assist in executing marketing campaigns across the category.

What will determine your success in this role

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to develop new relationships and engage stakeholders.
  • The ability to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the existing target market and attract new consumers to the category.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to condense complex data into meaningful headlines.
  • 5+ years marketing experience, ideally in an FMCG environment.
  • Experience working across the Stage-Gate process, from inception through to the final execution.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent tertiary qualification.
