Within our Craigie IVF Clinic we have a vacancy for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the IVF Clinic Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with medical professionals and general administrative duties. The successful applicants will be enthusiastic, confident and organised. You will have the ability to multi-task to meet IVF practice expectations.
Duties would include:
First point of contact for patients both face-to-face and over the phone such as assisting patients with IVF enquiries, booking and queueing patients, scheduling and confirming appointments.
Ensuring patient information is recorded accurately
Providing administrative support as needed including photocopying, compiling and transferring patient files, scanning and assigning patient documents, open and / close the clinic as well as attend to general housekeeping.
Providing administrative services to Healthcare Professionals including scanning, batching, and contacting patients on behalf of the Healthcare Professionals.
Ensuring the reception is clean and presentable at all times.
Experience & Attributes
Previous reception / administration experience is essential
Fertility experience is an advantage
Excellent time-management skills
Works effectively in a team
Develops and maintains positive working relationships with Healthcare Professionals and colleagues.
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of PracSoft and Baby Sentry (preferable)
