Antunes Lawyers is seeking an Office Assistant to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in a long term office career.

Your tasks include;

  • Keep staff break-out area clean and orderly including packing of dishes
  • Assisting with Refreshments for clients
  • Keep abreast and restock printers
  • Shopping for office supplies
  • Attend post office
  • Attend Bank
  • Distributing mail
  • Attend courts to file or pick-up documents
  • Assist with general tidiness of the office
  • Arranging couriers and process servers
  • Document scanning, photocopying and filing of documents
  • Binding documents
  • Assist with ordering and stock-take of office supplies, including stationary
  • Assist with closing files
  • Assist with office conferences and events

We are looking for an applicant with a professional manner and who has advanced written and verbal communication skills, is friendly and helpful with great customer focus, displays initiative, has a keen eye for detail, demonstrates excellent organisational skills and not afraid to learn new computer systems.

Applicants with prior experience in an office environment will be as an advantage.
