We are seeking a Customer Experience & Insights Manager to become an integral member of the Marketing team.

 

About the role

This exciting new role is responsible for the management and analysis of customer data. It derives & implements actionable insights that nurture prospects to leads, retain customers and foster loyalty. Supporting the General Manager Marketing, this role instils a relentless focus on customer centricity, and data driven execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The role has one direct report.

 

About you

You are a strategic and creative thinker with an investigative mindset. You understand the value of customer centricity and aligning business actions with the current and future needs of your customer base. Your commitment to open and honest communication along with your thirst for continuous learning sees you excel in a high performance environment. You may come from a research or performance-based agency, or an in-house marketing team.

 

What you need

  • 6 years+ experience in Marketing, data analysis or customer relationship management
  • Extensive experience in translating customer data into marketing initiatives
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or data science
  • Technical expertise in data analysis and report creation in Tableau and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional marketing teams
  • Understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics (desirable)
