PM-Partners is currently seeking a Business Transformation Director for this 12 - 18 month, fixed term contract based in Adelaide. In this role you will be reporting directly to the CEO of a truly progressive company that develops innovative back-end applications servicing the finance sector.
This position works across the organization to shape strategy and drive for results that transform how they do business. You will be partnering with leaders from all areas of the enterprise to identify and prioritize business investment opportunities and continuous improvement efforts, while organizing select initiatives into cohesive programs and projects and ensuring those efforts to deliver value at speed.
This role will see you accountable for strategy, thought and people leadership.
Our client is happy to look at experienced directors who are willing to fly-in, fly-out, if not living locally in Adelaide. Travel and out of pocket expenses paid.
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience leading large, complex initiatives with increasing responsibilities for project management, or continuous improvement or 11 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
Ideally you will have a finance / banking background
Demonstrated experience collaborating with CEO's / President's and COO's to select, launch, and implement commercial, productivity, process improvement, and systems implementation initiatives that enable Servpro’s [growth, profitability, customer experience, and franchisee satisfaction] objectives
Estimating, managing, and delivering complex, large scale, time sensitive programs and projects, utilizing project management methodologies, i.e., Agile, Iterative, SDLC
Leading continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives, utilizing process improvement methodologies, i.e., Lean, Six Sigma
Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including earning the respect of senior leaders and executives.
Ability to look for opportunities to make continuous improvements in key processes, techniques, and procedures.
Strong written and oral communication skills and experience developing presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership.
Strong financial business acumen and demonstrates strategic decision making.
Demonstrated ability to structure multiple Transformation initiatives into a cohesive portfolio, with supportive yet vigilant Steering Team oversight
Experience establishing sets of cascading operational KPIs and financial targets for the overall Transformation effort and for each initiative
Strong ability to Facilitate enterprise-wide alignment among the various constituencies involved in the transformation effort; proactively promote change across the organization and leverage the Executive Leadership Team to manage resistance to change
