Our Business Services team

The Business Services group provides a broad range of administrative services to the firm. This includes all aspects of facilities management, audio visual setup, search and lodgement, courier and mail management, document production, fleet management, reception relief, office moves, and minor maintenance.

Your Role

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Business Services / Office & Facilities Coordinator will coordinate the Business Services team's day to day from an operational perspective and act as a contact point for operational, process or service delivery related issues. You will be required to work full time on a rotating roster between 8.00am and 5.30pm The role also involves:

  • assisting in the preparation of budgets and monthly reporting
  • attending monthly meetings
  • maintaining key supplier and service provider relationships  
  • participating in the national alignment of policies, procedures, services and products for ongoing improvements.
  • ensuring all relevant WHS guidelines and Security requirements are met
  • ensuring Emergency and Business Continuity plans coordination to meet both the tenancy and office requirements
  • inducting of new starters and office-wide training, as required
  • active involvement in local or national projects in line with business strategy
  • assisting Business Services Assistants, this will require providing hands on assistance during periods of staff absences, capacity peaks etc.

What You Need

  • strong facilities or premises experience within a professional services environment
  • WHS, Compliance and Risk Management experience
  • a strong understanding of physical security requirements to meet ISO standards
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • holding a current Australian drivers' licence
  • First Aid and White Card desirable
