Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Representative to ensure timely, accurate and informative job instructions to major customers and to provide support to the Account Management team.

This role involves:

  • Manage orders through production, resolving issues, providing job status to sales.
  • Confirm job requirements and update orders
  • Organise quotes with estimating and send to clients as directed by the Account Managers
  • Send proofs to clients and follow up all alternations with art room
  • Discuss with clients their printing requirements and give recommendations
  • Follow up on jobs despatched to ensure that jobs are invoiced
  • Take phone calls from customers and assist with their queries
  • Forward quotations requests received to Estimating team

Applicants must have the following:

  • High level of initiative, selfmotivation, energy, passion and drive to achieve
  • You will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage demand of high volume
  • Excellent presentation and strong written and oral skills
  • Competent use of a printing management software - ideal
  • Competent use of Microsoft office suites

This role would suit a person with previous print / background in packaging experience. Although customer service within advertising/ Retail market is also highly regarded.
