Woodhams' excellent reputation, earned over almost 30 years, has led to continued growth and the need for a customer-focused individual to join the team as a casual Relocation Consultant in Melbourne.The workload is variable, so flexibility is needed, including a willingness to work on some Saturdays and during school holidays.
Working within a friendly professional team environment, you will be responsible for helping the customer's employee and family become self-sufficient as quickly as possible and allow them to build their life in their new surroundings. This requires some flexibility to respond to client needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
Housing and schools research & appointment booking
Accompanied home search and area orientation
Liaising with real estate agents on tenancy applications and lease implementation
Providing advice on how and where to get things done
Communicating effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in written form
To be considered for this role, you will
have had personal experience of relocating
be confident in dealing with executives from a corporate environment
have a quality 5-door car
be very comfortable with using technology.
be exceptional at time management and working efficiently under time constraints
A second language would also be highly regarded.
Working hours are variable and include school holidays.
