This is a unique opportunity for a qualified engineering professional with a passion for sales to join our team during this exciting growth phase.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Key Accountabilities for this position are as follows:
Sales Opportunity Pipeline Growth in line with Budgeted Targets
Customer acquisition and retention required to develop business and meet Targets
Project manage sales including preparation of Bids and Quotations
Project manage key activities related to Design Files that are assigned to you
The key areas of experience and attributes to be successful in this role are:
A University Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
At least 3 years of proven solutions selling experience within Industry
Excellent communication skills
Team player who is flexible and adaptable
A desire to be hands on and take on multiple and varied tasks as part of a small team
Creative thinking, initiative and drive
Ability to work through and solve engineering issues with minimal supervision
Advanced skills in MS Office and in drawing packages
Experience in working within Quality frameworks including ISO9001
Working within an industry with related RF Engineering would be desirable however not essential
