Nestled in Brisbanes southern suburbs, this established engineering and consulting firm offers a range of trusted solutions for developers of commercial and residential sites. Operating for more than 20 years, this organisations reputation and name in the industry has seen them continue to grow and they are now looking to add a Customer Service Team Leader to their friendly and collaborative team environment.
This role will see you managing an order processing team of six administration staff. You will identify gaps in training and upskill your team. Managing workflow and order intake, you will ensure the consistency, accuracy and timely completion of engineering reports and their delivery to clients. Working with their tailored inhouse database and CRM, you will identify areas for improvement while documenting processes and creating a manual for the system.
Exposure to complex technical or propriety database system and involvement in system and process improvement in required. Your ability to document and standardise new process will be highly valued. Experience managing and motivating an order processing team of five to ten staff is sought. You will also thrive in fast-paced, high pressure environments, taking pride the accuracy and timely completion of job tasks. Your satisfaction will come from working in a collaborative and friendly team culture and in having a significant impact on the day to day operations of the business.
