Supermarket Store Manager Required Across Sydney Metro & Blaxland

Our Supermarket Store Managers play an integral role in our overall success. As a result of our ongoing success & expansion, we currently have an opportunity within our growing business. Some flexibility on location is highly sought after.

To be suitable for this role you must:
be passionate about customer service and maintaining high standards;
be a proven leader who is driven to provide your teams a supportive, encouraging, safe and positive team based working environment;
have sound and proven experience in the retail sector;
have demonstrated history in performing to targets, working with budgets and maintaining supermarket best practice; and
possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
You responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
all day to day operational matters in running and presenting the store;
building and maintaining a team with a positive, performance based culture within the store;
team training and development;
inventory ordering and management, including minimising waste and shrinkage;
rostering and various employee services;
maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both workers and customers;
overseeing customer service standards;
meeting operational and financial key performance indicators;
ongoing performance improvement; and
engagement with your local community.
