Outstanding opportunity for a Sales & Reporting Analyst / Admin Support Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out reporting and sales analysis, strong experience with excel is essential for this. You will be required to provide support to the business working effectively with the logistics team, assisting the supply chain function.
Alongside the above responsibilities, approximately 50% of your time would be spent carrying out administrative tasks. These could include faxing documents, booking/coordinating travel, dealing with orders and other admin tasks.
This role requires someone that has high attention to detail, ensuring that accurate records are kept, and appropriate processes are followed. It is preferable if the candidate has some previous experience working in a Pharmaceutical setting. This role requires someone who has a very high work ethic and is a team player. This is a full-time opportunity, permanent opportunity.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Ideally, experience in medical devices/pharma industry
