This company works on a wide range exciting projects valuing anywhere between $5M - $40M. They are well known for their high end finishes and quality delivered projects building all over Sydney.  

WHAT WILL I BE DOING

As an Estimator you will responsible for all aspects of estimating for a range of projects. You will be in charge quotes, tendering and procurement processes. you will be responsible for Sub-Contractor and Client relations. You will be dealing with management of construction documentation.

WHAT ARE MY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimation of time, costs, labour and materials 
• Obtaining Sub-Contractor quotes 
• Finalising tenders
• Gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and related construction documentation 

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO BE CONSIDERED

• Completed a building related course
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• At least 2 years of experience in a Estimating role in the resi sector
