Nazareth Care Australasia's regional office, based in Camberwell, Victoria, is seeking administration support on a casual basis. The role is primarily to schedule, prepare and take minutes for all executive meetings, including the coordination and timely distribution of meeting papers and agendas.
Hours of work will be flexible dependent on workload; initially we expect approximately 8 hours per fortnight.

What we are looking for:
3+ years experience in administration
Previous experience in the preparation of Board papers, minute taking & setting meeting agendas
High level of privacy and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with exceptional time management skills
Demonstrated enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work independently
Willingness to work within the ethos of the Sisters of Nazareth and to role model the organisations values
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current or willingness to obtain a police check
