Administration Officer

Coldshield is a market leader in the manufacturing of commercial, industrial and traffic doors and is looking for a motivated team member to provide office administration to our internal teams.

We now have an opportunity for an experienced person who loves variety to take on the role of Administration Officer with the position being responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • Phone answering, filing and general office administration duties
  • Assist sales team with the processing of orders and associated paperwork
  • Raising purchase orders and data entry to support logistics and purchasing team
  • Assist with the coordination of daily freight of outgoing goods
  • Provide admin support to other departments as required such as finance, management and service team
  • Always ensure the presentation of a clean and professional office

To be successful in this role the following skills and experience are required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' previous experience in an administration or office finance role
  • Genuine care to deliver high customer service
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and follow projects through to completion
  • Organisation and time management that is second to none
  • Effective communication skills and a team player
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite
