Account Executive

U.S. based software company going through major growth, SaaS experience required, $120K + super + comms.

The Company:

The company I am working with is a U.S. based software business entering the Australian market. They are building out a full sales team in Australia to service the APAC region. They are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for their Sydney team.

The Role: 

  • Identify new business opportunities by generating and qualifying leads
  • Use a consultative approach to contact decision makers and understand their pain points
  • Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updated
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities 
  • Close enterprise sales deals with tier 1 accounts
  • Contribute and shape a culture in Australia of high performance

The Candidate:

  • SaaS sales experience - ideally at Mid Market / Enterprise level
  • You will have a competitive nature and want to work in a performance driven environment
  • Be a self-starter but also work effectively in team environment
  • Effective closer and display the ability to handle objections and problem solving 
  • Display a hunter mentality
