Administration & Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Full Time person to fill the role of  Administration and Personal Assistant to the Director

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great work ethic and fantastic organisation abilities!

Our business specialises in the hire and repair of refrigerated vehicles. We have Australias largest fleet of refrigerated rental vehicles.

Working hours will be from 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday 

In this role you will be required to:

  • Undertake general reception duties 
  • Data entry, record processing and tolling allocation
  • Assisting the Director and fleet manager
  • Liase with vendors 
  • Be able to work and communicate daily with all team members 
  • Be efficient and proactive with completing tasks within the given time frame

We also require the following key skills:

  • Experience and knowledge of microsoft office and Xero accounting software
  • Previous experience in an Administration role is preferred.
  • Background in the Automotive or rental sector is highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people.
  • Excellent time management.
