Team Coordinators

Statewide Super is the largest and leading South Australian & Northern Territory not-for-profit Industry Superannuation Fund providing expert superannuation advice to over 140,000 members. We manage in excess of $9 billion in funds and have a clear focus on helping our members save for their retirement.

We have a number of exciting opportunities across Statewide Super, for experienced Team Coordinators to join our Super team. In these dynamic roles, you will provide essential support across a range of areas.

You will be highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. You will be great at problem solving and naturally proactive, with strong attention to detail. Above all, your ability to anticipate the needs of your team, build relationships and deliver results in a changing environment will allow you to shine.

The successful candidates will have experience across the following areas:

  • Production of letters, reports and presentations;
  • Analytics and reporting;
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, functions and conferences;
  • Provision of diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements for senior executives;
  • Maintenance of internal systems;
  • Coordination of internal events, training sessions, workshops and initiatives;
  • Updating of departmental procedures;
  • Management of soft and hard copy filing;  
  • Research and project work; and
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role, providing administrative and coordination support in a corporate environment;
  • Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines; and
  • Good communication and relationship building skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
