SpringCity is seeking a motivated and organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with a high level of initiative to assist with the general running of our Perth Office.
Our head office is located in the Perth CBD on St Georges Terrace. SpringCity was established in 2011 with the objective of providing high-quality engineering, strategic consulting, project management and general consulting services in the electricity, power, and energy industry.
Answering the phone
Maintaining digital calendars
Managing multiple email inboxes
Assisting with bookkeeping
Record management of past receipts and invoices
Entering receipts, invoices, and bills into the Xero software
Maintaining the office and kitchen
Keeping the office and kitchen clean
Ordering office and kitchen supplies
Reporting any office maintenance issues
Assisting a variety of stakeholders
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Ad hoc admin tasks
Possess a strong sense of initiative
Have the ability to learn quickly
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be able to work effectively with your attention split over multiple tasks
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (including excel)
Knowledge of Google Suite
Experience with Xero is desirable but not necessary
Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
Be willing to apply for a police clearance
SpringCity is seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administration Assistant on a full time or Part time basis.
Working days will be Monday to Friday. Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
