An exciting opportunity exists to join MH AFFORDABLE HOMES, a dynamic property business based in Sydney (Head Office) and branch office SA and Brisbane, Queensland. Due to the continued growth of the business, we require a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our fun and collaborative team.

We help people to buy their dream!  We offer an affordable housing solution for Australians who previously thought they would not be able to buy a home due to financial limitations and traditional mortgage challenges. MH Affordable Homes offers affordable prices for premium land, together with a commitment to helping our clients find the solution which fits their financial circumstances.

About the role:

Working closely with the directors to develop and grow the companys marketing function - the successful applicant will be a team player who has the ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients and professional partners.  This role will suit someone who is highly organized and has the capability to show initiative in order to achieve results. 


Typical duties will include the following:

  • Assisting with all of the aspects of the creation and execution of the marketing strategy
  • Managing the delivery of content via internal staff and external copywriters
  • Working with colleagues to produce and manage client and partner events
  • Working with external agencies to assist manage the companies digital marketing strategy, including, Facebook, websites and SEO
  • Ability to communicate across multiple channels and levels
  • An innovative and creative thinker with the confidence to suggest improvements
  • A growth mindset with an entrepreneurial flair
  • Capable of working with colleagues to assist with the development and management of companies CRM systems

Some key attributes/requirements will be:

  • Prior experience in a Marketing role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing, or Communications
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage end to end marketing function and work independently
  • Proficient user of excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision
