About the Company

Our client is a NSW Government Office, located in Parramatta CBD. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to complete a 4-month temporary assignment.


About You

  • Do you enjoy supporting Managers and Professionals
  • Are you proficient with inbox and diary management
  • Do you have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Is attention to detail a skill that comes naturally
  • Do you enjoy entering data and consider yourself technically savvy
  • Do you love working within a high volume, high pressure environment


What You Will Need to Succeed

You will enjoy being the first point of contact for the Executive Director and Managers of the business unit. You will be able to perform coordination and organisational tasks including liaising with other staff on matters in relation to the organisation’s operations, researching and preparing reports, attending to correspondence and other routine documents, maintaining confidential files, attending to appointment diaries, inbox management, expense acquittals and travel arrangements as necessary. You will possess the ability to confidentially manage tasks, set priorities and have the ability to work to deadlines.
